   We use trusted courier services and in-house logistics depending on your location.

Nairobi Deliveries:

1.  From Ksh 300–500.

Other Counties:

 Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on weight, size, and destination and shown at checkout before payment.
1. Order Processing
   • Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving full payment
   • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking or dispatch details once your order is shipped
2. Delivery Confirmation Upon delivery, customers or authorized representatives are required to:
   • Sign off on the delivery form
   • Inspect the package for damage or missing items
   • Notify us within 24 hours in case of discrepancies
